Coaching Services Agreement

Coach will provide one-on-one coaching services to Client, drawing on decades of experience working with high performers. The engagement is structured as a three-part process: Discovery, Design & Refine, and ongoing sessions as outlined at the time of booking.

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support Client's professional clarity, decision-making, and leadership capacity. Sessions may touch on personal, family, relationship, or health-related matters as they relate to Client's professional clarity and leadership. This coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Client is encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for matters outside the scope of coaching.

Payment may be made by Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, as detailed on the payment page provided to Client. Fees are non-refundable once the engagement has begun, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between Coach and Client.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited at Coach's discretion.

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the coaching package purchased. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Fees paid for sessions not yet delivered at the time of termination will be handled according to the refund terms above.

Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial or legal advisory services. Coach's liability arising from this engagement is limited to the fees paid by Client under this agreement.
